Loyalty Program Details

• The Loyalty Program is only available for and  users via our App.

• We must have your email address on file for you to access the App/Loyalty Program.

• Each dollar you spend goes towards earning a Care Coin.

• Each $100 earns you a Care Coin (does not need to be on the same visit).

• Care Coins may take up to 48 hours to appear on the App.

• Care Coins must have appeared in app to be used.

• Reward cannot be used at the visit they are earned.

• Only applicable to invoices paid in full.

• Program may be changed or revoked at anytime

• We are not responsible for technical problems.
